We recommend that you run setup as administrator. Right-click the executable file and Run as Administrator. Follow the Installation Wizard through the installation process. If such a defect is found, return the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software as Intel may select. Intel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Software.

Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. We've been trying to improve the responses from the Intel Customer Support engineers - and get the Submit feature either working or removed from the tool. Thank you for the detailed reply! However, the original problem is that, RE: 1, the downloads will not complete.

Unless this is a different set than the ones I referenced in my earlier post? I have a Intel wireless AC Hmmm, I see that at least 2 other new members are having the same or similar issues with PROset driver downloads, all within the past couple of days. Maybe this isn't just me? Is it possible that there is a problem with the method in which these downloads are being offered, in that they will not completely download?

Does that even make sense, or am I way off base here? I also think I recently saw something in which it said that PROset was on its way out and being replaced with something else soon. Or was I just seeing things? Would it be easier in the long run to just update the hardware and be done with it? If so, what is a good alternative to PROset and ballpark what should I expect to pay for a new adapter?

Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update? Is this a laptop or desktop system? Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both? Is this a new computer? If so, have check with your system's OEM for validated drivers or support on known issues related to the symptoms experienced?

What OS version are you using? What adapter model do you have? What steps do you take to reproduce your issue? Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?

Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing? Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

As far as I know, immediately prior to the message here. I stay current on all native and 3rd party up-dates. Thank you for wading through all of this, and I hope it isn't too much info!

But I did use a bluetooth speaker the day before and it connected and operated with no problems 2.
